New Deputy Director/CFO of Workforce Development Board

Cuyahoga County, OH – Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish names Frank Brickner, CPA as Deputy Director/Chief Financial Officer for the Cleveland/Cuyahoga County Workforce Development Board and Ohio Means Jobs-Cleveland Cuyahoga County Workforce Development Area.

“We must do all we can to train people for the thousands of good paying jobs that are available, right now, in Cuyahoga County,” said Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish. “That’s why I am pleased to make this appointment. Frank’s financial and operational knowledge of the workforce system is impressive. We look forward to Frank using his experience and knowledge to work collaboratively with the county HHS & Economic Development teams to advance the important work of job training and placement onto career pathways.”

Mr. Brickner has 18 years of experience in workforce development and has served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County since March 2013. He has created innovative and cost-saving fiscal systems and processes to streamline administrative services including fiscal, contracts, procurement and information technology.
