Cuyahoga County Senior and Adult Services Division Relocates Office to Local Community

CLEVELAND – Cuyahoga County Division of Senior & Adult Services will be relocating to a new office space within the local community effective September 12. The Department will be moving to the Mt. Pleasant community. The division’s last day at their Reserve Square offices will be September 7, 2012.

The move accommodates recent growth and enables Senior & Adult Services to provide the best of services to its clients. It is also part of the County’s plan to consolidate office space. All phone numbers and e-mail addresses will remain the same. In addition, Adult Protective Services (APS) will continue to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

According to Tracey Mason, the Division Administrator, “Our clients have nothing to worry about as they will receive the same quality of service from their current case worker and will be able to contact them as needed with the same phone number.” The building is ADA accessible and is located along a bus line. Ample parking is also available in front of the building.

The new office will be located at 13815 Kinsman Road Cleveland, OH 44120. For additional information, you may contact the Senior and Adult Services at 216-420-6750.
