CLEVELAND- On Monday, April 30, 2012, Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald with local institutional and community partners will officially launch the County’s Health Alliance Pilot Project with a “Call to Action.” The institutional partners include local health care and educational institutions, and non-profit and community development agencies.
